MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The reforms will be implemented through the presidential decrees drawn up by Tsipras and approved by the Council of State on Monday, the Athens-Macedonian News Agency reported.
"Following the approval of the presidential decrees, the prime minister will be able to proceed with a government reshuffle at a time of his choosing," the government spokesperson was quoted as saying by the news agency.
The changes involve creation of a separate Migration Policy Ministry, a Digital Policy Ministry, an Energy Ministry and an Administrative Reconstruction Ministry, as well as Ministry of Tourism, which was merged with other ministries in 2015.
