One Soldier Killed, Another Injured During Shooting at Tain Base in Scotland
23:29 GMT 01.11.2016 (Updated: 01:23 GMT 02.11.2016) One soldier was killed and one more severely injured during shooting at the Royal Air Force’s airbase Tain near the northern Scotland’s city of Inverness, according to media reports.
LONDON (Sputnik) – "A call was received about the incident at 5.55pm. Officers are currently at the scene," a police officer of the Scotland’s police told Sky News.
Police reportedly sealed off the part of the bombing range that was used for exercises.
Further details of the incident remain unknown. The army said it would release more information on the case when it became available.
