MINSK (Sputnik) — Belarus has signed more than 20 agreements on the delivery and upgrades of Russian weapons this year, Belarusian Minister of Defense Andrei Ravkov said Wednesday.
"In 2016 alone, we signed more than 20 contracts for the supply and modernization of military equipment. Dozens more contracts are either under negotiations or development," Ravkov said at a joint defense ministerial board meeting.
