MOSCOW(Sputnik) — NATO Deputy Secretary-General Rose Gottemoeller will pay a two-day visit to Montenegro starting from Wednesday, where she is expected to meet top Montenegrin officials.
"The NATO Deputy Secretary General, Ms. Rose Gottemoeller, will visit Montenegro on Wednesday, 2 November and Thursday, 3 November 2016," NATO said in a statement.
Gottemoeller is expected to meet with Montenegro's President Filip Vujanovic, Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic, Deputy Prime Minister Dusko Markovic and Defense Minister Milica Pejanovic Durisic.
The EADRCC exercises hosted by Montenegro this year, is the sixteenth field exercise conducted by the NATO since the year 2000. Some 680 participants from 32 NATO allied and partner countries are taking part in the event this year, to practice disaster response mechanisms and to enhance their ability to work effectively together in emergency situations.
