Strelna, November 8 – The agreement was signed by RZD President Oleg Belozyorov and Board Chairman of Yingkou Port Group Corp. Li Hezhong in the presence of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Premier of the Chinese State Council Li Keqiang. Under the agreement, the parties will contribute to the active implementation of the project to build an international terminal and logistics center, Bely Rast.
