MOSCOW (Sputnik) Russian Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov told RIA Novosti on Thursday that his party has started preparing for the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly that may take place in the first ten days of December.

"Dates have not been named yet, but we are preparing, commissions have been established, we voice proposals. I think it will be the first ten days of December," Zyuganov said.
