WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — US-led coalition airstrikes killed 23 civilians in a rural Raqqa village, the statement said.
"At least 23 civilians, including 7 children and 9 women, were killed in airstrikes by the international anti-ISIS [Islamic State] coalition aircraft on the village of Heisha in rural Raqqa."
