CHISINAU (Sputnik) — Dodon is winning the second round of Moldova's presidential election with 55.48 percent, CEC stated.
"Igor Dodon wins 55.48 percent or 798 722 votes; [opposition candidate from Action and Solidarity Party] Maia Sandu wins 44.52 percent or 640 897 votes," the statement said.
The vote still continues at some polling stations abroad.
