“I’m not like the people going in right now and fighting Mosul and they announced it four months before they went into Mosul and everybody now is — it’s a tough fight because, number one, the people from the — leaders of ISIS have left. What do you — why do I have to tell you that?,” Trump said when asked about his strategy to defeat the militants.

“I’m not gonna say anything. I don’t want to tell them anything. I don’t want to tell anybody anything,” Trump said on the possibility of having US troops on the ground.
Talking on Comey's possible resignation, Trump said he's not yet ready to comment.
"I think that I would rather not comment on that yet. I don’t — I haven’t made up my mind. I respect him a lot. I respect the FBI a lot… Well, there’s been a lotta leaking, there’s no question about that. But I would certainly like to talk to him. And see him. This is a tough time for him. And I would like to talk to him before I’d answer a question like that."
