The president got in touch with the bride’s father living in Morocco via FaceTime mobile application and asked him for his daughter’s hand in marriage to Murat Yildirim.
It is reported that the family of the Moroccan beauty agreed to everyone’s delight.
Erdogan’s wife, Emine Erdogan, who was accompanying her husband, also congratulated the newlywed couple.
In his turn, Murat Yildirim gave his beloved new bride an unprecedented reception in Turkey. Imane Elbani was greeted by the sounds of the ancient Turkish musical instruments and greetings.
