MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Earlier in the day, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated that the consensus in the formation of a so-called road map toward settling the conflict in eastern Ukraine has not been reached.
"It is a well-known fact that large-scale military operations by the Croatian army in 1995 resulted in many casualties and the forced the exodus of some 250,000 Serbs from the country. We are convinced that the advices by foreign 'consultants' could create a dangerous illusion among Kiev officials that a forcible scenario in Donbass is possible, which certainly does not help strengthening security in eastern Ukraine," the ministry said in a statement.
