MINSK (Sputnik) — The leaders of Russia, France, Germany and Ukraine gathered in Berlin on October 19 for Normandy format talks where they discussed the road map of the Ukrainian peace settlement.
"The presidents have said that as soon as the aides coordinate these agreements, then the ministers are instructed to meet and approve these agreements," Lavrov said at a briefing with his Belarusian counterpart.
The road map should be hammered out ahead of the Normandy format foreign ministerial meeting, the Russian diplomat clarified.
"So far this agreement, this consensus is not observed," Lavrov stressed.
He noted that the Normandy format leaders' assistants maintain regular contacts on forming the road map.
