Russian President Vladimir Putin will address both chambers of the Russian parliament on December 1 and hold a large-scale press conference in the second half of the month, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday.

Kremlin Spokesman Denies Reports of Putin's December 8 Address to Lawmakers

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The announcement confirms reports on Monday that cited sources in the Russian parliament as saying Putin's annual address to the Federal Assembly would take place on December 1.

"The address will be on the first day [of December]. As for the press conference, it will be in December too, in the second half. We will notify further," Peskov told reporters.
