On November 21, Russian journalists handed over a gift from Peruvian designer Julia Castro to Russian President Vladimir Putin. The woman tried to approach Putin and give him the unusual present when the Russian President was attending one of the APEC summit's meetings in the Peruvian capital of Lima.
