White House Doubts TTP Will Be Ratified Before Obama Leaves Office
WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — A Texas judge granted an emergency injunction against the rule on Tuesday in a case filed by 21 US states and several employer groups, Politico reported.

The rule would have doubled the salary threshold under which nearly all workers received time-and-a-half pay for working more than 40 hours per week.

The rule was set to take effect on December 1.
