MEXICO CITY (Sputnik) – Eulogio was tasked to finalize agreement with Russia, OPEC and non-OPEC countries, local media reported.
"I have given orders to Eulogio del Pino to go to Moscow and finish the agreement with Russia, OPEC and non-OPEC countries," Maduro said as quoted by Radio Nacional de Venezuela (RNV) on Wednesday.
Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) members reached a preliminary deal in Algeria in September to cap oil production at 32.5-33 million barrels per day. The deal is expected to be finalized in Vienna on November 30.
