MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Hadi arrived in the southern port city of Aden, where the Yemeni government has returned to from exile in September, after the country's capital of Sanaa fell under control of rebels, the Sky News Arabia broadcaster reported on Saturday.
The media outlet added that the visit would last for a few days.
Yemen has been engulfed in a military conflict between the exiled government, headed by Hadi, and the Houthi rebels, the country’s main opposition force, which have been supported by army units loyal to former President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
A coalition led by Saudi Arabia has been carrying out airstrikes on Houthi positions at Hadi's request since March 2015.
