WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The US Department of State has made a determination to approve a possible Foreign Military Sale to Poland for upgrades to F-16 combat aircraft and stand-off missiles, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) said in a release.
"[P]oland has requested a possible sale of seventy (70) AGM-158B Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missiles Extended Range (JASSM-ER) and upgrades to the Polish F- 16C/D, JASSM-ER integration, missile containers, spare and repair parts, support and test equipment, publications and technical documentation, personnel training and training equipment," the release stated on Monday.
The DSCA noted that the total estimated program value of the sale is $200 million.
