According to the Russian foreign minister, Moscow is committed to the Russia-NATO Founding Act.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Moscow is still committed to the Russia-NATO Founding Act and is calling on the alliance not to backtrack from its principles, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Wednesday.

"We still consider the Founding Act as a key agreement in the sphere of European security. We are calling on NATO member states not to backtrack from its principles and standards of behavior. Such attempts unfortunately take place," Lavrov said.
