The average daily oil production for November stands at 11.231 million barrels. In this sense, all agreements will be formed around this figure that we have reached in November," Molodtsov said during a LUKoil conference.
The Russian Energy Ministry will formulate its final position on joining the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) deal on cutting oil production ahead of the December 9 meeting, Russian Deputy Minister of Energy said.
