MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The plan that has to be prepared by May 30, 2017, must include measures aimed at improving business climate in the country, improved efficiency of investment projects, higher share of non-raw materials exports, the development of small and medium businesses, as well as increased effectiveness of state support of economy, the directive says.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to adopt an action plan aimed at ensuring that by 2019-2020 the country's economy growth exceeds the global economy growth rate, according to a presidential directive posted on the Kremlin website on Tuesday.
