Kremlin will study thoroughly all facts contained in the latest McLaren report on doping violations in Russian sports, but will refrain from forming an emotional response to allegations of the 'state conspiracy,' spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Friday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Peskov stressed, though, that the Kremlin would not respond "emotionally" to allegations of "state conspiracy" which reportedly involved former Russian Sports Minister Mutko and his deputy Yuri Nagorgnykh, who led the process of testing tampering of doping samples of Russian athletes.

"We will study the report, as well as all references to an Internet website which will allegedly contain a relevant data," Peskov said in a commentary to a second part of the report by Canadian sports law professor Richard McLaren on Russian doping, released earlier on Friday.
