MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Japan joining the anti-Russia sanctions does not promote the development of trade and economic, as well as political, ties, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said Tuesday.
"I can say that the fact that Japan joined the sanctions did not of course promote and does not promote the development of both trade and economic, and political relations," Ushakov told reporters.
