MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Over 1,300 journalists were accredited for the annual news conference of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday.
"The president begins to prepare for the so-called big press conference for Russian federal, regional journalists. I would like to remind in this context, that the accreditation for the press conference has been closed. Over 1,350 journalists were accredited, the data is being processed and, as usual, the final list of the accredited journalists will be published on a special website," Peskov said in a statement.
The annual press conference of the Russian president will take place on December 22.
