MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) earlier on Friday demanded the arrest of suspects in the preparation of terrorist attacks in the Russian capital, according to Moscow's Meshchansky Court.
The FSB said Thursday that a terrorist cell, detained the day before, included Tajik citizens and a resident of Moldova.
The FSB said that terrorist attacks were being prepared by the suspects under the direct instruction of a Daesh terrorist group's emissary, who was in Turkey and had been put by the Tajik authorities on an international wanted list.
