MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Earlier in the day, an explosive-laden car targeted a military bus carrying soldiers from a commando brigade. The Turkish General Staff said at least 13 Turkish military personnel had been killed in the attack.
"The terrorist attack in Kayseri has left 13 police officers dead and 48 people wounded. According to the Russian embassy in Ankara, no Russians have been wounded in the attack," the ministry's crisis and emergencies center said on on its Twitter page.
No organization has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
