MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Minsk agreements on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine have not been implemented, Kiev is either unwilling or unable to implement them, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday.
"The Minsk agreements have not been implemented. Kiev either does not want or is unable to implement the Minsk agreements," Peskov said in an interview with the MIR television channel.
He stressed that there is no alternative to the Minsk deals.
