GORKI (Sputnik) — Russia and Norway signed an agreement in 2010 ending a 40-year dispute over their maritime border in the Barents Sea, settling the resources exploration issue in the disputed area of 176,000 square kilometers (about 68 square miles).
"We plan to sign a final agreement in April on information exchange and exploration in the disputed area," Natural Resources and Environment Minister Sergei Donskoi told reporters.
