MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russia has opened a hotline on the latest ceasefire in Syria with its co-guarantor of the truce Turkey, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said Thursday.
"The Defense Ministry has prepared a 'hotline' to maintain cooperation with Turkey, which together with Russia acts as a guarantor of compliance with the ceasefire and compliance with the reached agreements," Shoigu said.
