MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the Rheinische Post newspaper, the man reportedly attacked two people including his friend before being shot by the police officers.
The newspaper added that the first victim was seriously injured and had to undergo emergency operation. No reports about the condition of the second victim has emerged to date.
The investigation concerning the incident has been launched.
