The observation deck of Ostankino TV tower. Over the past week the weather in Moscow has broken many records. The temperature in Russia’s capital in the morning was a very chilly 30°C below zero. Ostankino Tower’s observation deck is located at a height of 1,105 feet (337 metres) from the ground, so this snowy view is not such a surprise due to the winds and cold weather.
