RT Needs Official Explanation of Reasons Behind Facebook Ban - Moscow
14:24 GMT 19.01.2017 (Updated: 18:22 GMT 03.11.2022) The RT broadcaster should obtain a response from Facebook regarding the partial blocking of its activities on the social media platform, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Thursday.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Earlier in the day, RT said that Facebook had blocked it from posting content on the platform until Sunday evening.
"It is necessary to wait until an official answer from the organizations that blocked the corresponding broadcast," Zakharova said, calling the incident unacceptable.
