According to the Russian naval aviation commander, 30 Il-38 antisubmarine aircraft will be modernized by 2025.

ZHUKOVSKY (Sputnik) — The program to modernize 30 Il-38 antisubmarine aircraft to the level of Il-38N will be implemented by 2025, Russian naval aviation commander Maj. Gen. Igor Kozhin said Tuesday.

"The modernization program will last until 2025, so we plan to complete all modernization by that time," Kozhin told journalists.
