Indianapolis police caught in a low-speed race after encountering two runaway mini horses believed to have escaped from an enclosure near the State Fairgrounds.
While the trouble-makers were eventually captured, it’s unclear whether they’ve returned home to their owners. As for the motive, seems these barnyard bandits are keeping their lips sealed.
