MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Heavy Thursday rains in Bali had caused the natural disaster in the areas, the Jakarta Globe newspaper reported.
The newspaper added, citing Indonesia's National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB), that the rains were expected to continue until Saturday in a number of districts of the island.
According to the news outlet, the residents of the affected areas are advised to be on alert if the landslides continue.
