Wyoming Highway Patrol releases dramatic footage of a semi-trailer tipping over and flattening one of its patrol cars… inconveniently caused by extreme high winds.
According to a Facebook post by the Wyoming Highway Patrol, at the time of the incident the three troopers were already outside of their vehicles assisting in a previous crash, luckily everyone involved, including the two occupants in the truck, avoided injuries.
