When in Doubt, Blame Russia
15:06 GMT 27.02.2017 (Updated: 11:33 GMT 06.08.2022) The 89th Academy Awards ceremony would have gone down in history as just another Oscars gala if it wasn't for an embarrassing blunder with the Best Picture nomination: the wrong film was announced the winner.
Spectators immediately took to Twitter to comment on the blunder, with some of them jokingly shifting the blame on the omnipresent Russian hackers.
