The killer of ex-Russian State Duma lawmaker Denis Voronenkov died in hospital.

KIEV (Sputnik) — A doctor said that the killer of ex-Russian State Duma lawmaker Denis Voronenkov died, Ukraine's Hromadske.TV reported Thursday.

"The head doctor, Nikolai Dyomin, reported that the killer of Voronenkov died," the channel reported.

Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office confirmed Voronenkov's suspected killer's death.
