MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The energy ministries of Russia and Iran signed Tuesday a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the electricity trade sector.
The document was signed following the talks of Russian and Iranian presidents, Vladimir Putin and Hassan Rouhani, respectively.
