The operation of the St. Petersburg underground has been fully restored.

SAINT PETERSBURG (Sputnik) — The operation of the St. Petersburg underground has been fully restored after the Monday explosion, the governor’s administrations said Tuesday.

"Saint Petersburg metro started its operation in full in the morning, including all lines and stations," the statement reads.
