Ukrainian President is holding a phone conversation with Rex Tillerson.

KIEV (Sputnik) – Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is holding a phone conversation with US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, presidential spokesman Svyatoslav Tsegolko said on Sunday.

"A phone conversation with US Secretary of State is going on," Tsegolko wrote on his Twitter page.
