Nearly 2,400 Year Old Greek Altar Discovered in Crimea
18:02 GMT 30.04.2017 (Updated: 19:30 GMT 19.10.2022) Fragments of an ancient altar with figures of Greek gods were discovered on the outskirts of Sevastopol.
Several years ago this site was repeatedly pillaged by looters. Researchers from the Museum Reserve of Tauric Chersonesos believe that the homestead is nearly 2,400 years old.
