Prime ministers of Poland and the three Baltic nations held a meeting in the Estonian capital of Tallinn in order to discuss the regional partnership in a number of spheres, Polish media reported.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Polskie Radio broadcaster on Monday that the four politicians focused on economic, energy and transport ties.

The news outlet added that the heads of governments had touched the issues of the forthcoming Estonia's EU presidency and the future of the European Union after the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the bloc.

The media outlet added that the defense issues were also on the agenda of the Monday meeting and Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydlo told reporters that Poland's F16 aircraft had been participating in the air policing missions over the Baltic States.
