Estonian police were chasing an alleged thief on a scooter in Tallinn. The prospects of catching the elusive perpetrator were looking grim until he ran into his arch nemesis - a female passerby with a handbag.

The woman swung her handbag and managed to stop the scooter, sending the thief flying toward the ground. He got up, trying to get away, but it was too late: Lady Justice had prevailed.
