10:28 GMT 02.06.2017 (Updated: 19:30 GMT 19.10.2022) This huge fear-inducing alligator slowly making his way down the road looks like a smaller version of a dinosaur or Godzilla on his way to destroy the city. The photographer who captured this video at the Big Cypress Preserve off Alligator Ally had to walk backwards to avoid disturbing the reptile and to keep a respectable distance.
However, the gator, whose name is Snaggletooth, was actually just taking a break from his busy family life: he is the father of 32 babies and has more on the way.
