A tourist filmed what a busy roundabout in Ho Chi Minh City (commonly known by its previous name, Saigon) looks like: people on scooters bumping into each other, dozens of cars struggling to navigate their way and refrain from running over someone… It's a good thing the city is currently constructing a subway network that is expected to enter operation in 2020-2021.
