Russian consultations with Saudi Arabia in the area of military and technical cooperation are ongoing, the US-Saudi deal is not an obstacle for that, Maria Vorobyeva, the spokeswoman of Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC), told Sputnik on Tuesday.
