07:00 GMT 22.06.2017 (Updated: 07:18 GMT 22.06.2017) Heavy rains caused the partial flooding of some of Tyumen's streets, but also allowed these guys to do some surfing (or rather skurfing) right in the middle of a motorway.
Dragged by a pickup truck, these guys effortlessly surf along the street which looks more like a shallow creek.
