04:15 GMT 04.07.2017 (Updated: 05:29 GMT 04.07.2017) The participants to the fifth international meeting on Syria in Astana are likely to announce the final agreement on release of prisoners, which they have been developing at the previous meetings, as one of the results of the talks, a source at the negotiations told Sputnik Tuesday.
ASTANA (Sputnik) — "Apart from de-escalation, there will be the announcement of the agreement on the release of prisoners. It was already agreed last time, but the guarantors just did not have time for it. The text has been already agreed, there have been no changes. It just needs to be approved," the source said.
