ISTANBUL (Sputnik) — In June, Rosneft said that it signed a gas cooperation agreement with the UK-based BP at the the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) and plans to begin joint cooperation on gas deliveries to Europe in 2019.
The two firms agreed to pursue integrated gas cooperation and jointly implement exploration and production, liquefied natural gas (LNG) production, supply and marketing work in Russia and abroad.
"The agreement will be this year. It [the volume of supply] is a range, we have set up to 20 bcm. These these things take time. We have good relationship with Russia," Dudley said on the sidelines of the World Petroleum Congress in Istanbul.
